Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for all custom and made-to-order items to be processed and fulfilled. Once your order is fulfilled and ready for shipping or local pick up you will be notified via your phone number or email on your customer information entered during the check out process.

Standard shipping is processed through USPS, UPS or FEDEX when available. Most orders are processed through USPS unless the size or weight of the order is required via another method.

All tracking information can be viewed through your customer account in the shop app, customer portal on our website, or via your email inbox.
