Refund policy
PLEASE follow all directions when placing an order and double check that everything is correct in your cart or on your custom invoice before submitting payment! Your payment is acknowledgment of correct items, sizing, color(s), and quantity needed to complete your order. ✔️
Use our sizing charts (if available for the specific product) listed as a reference as well. Our system does not allow for any changes to be made, even by admins and customer service. So once your order is submitted, it is confirmed and created as requested in the order.
Once we add designs to our materials, the design cannot be removed. Once we stitch an item, it cannot be undone. Most everything from our shop is custom + handmade in the order received, which is indicated by our processing time.
We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the color options you chose; or because of our processing time. Our processing time is noted on our Contact Us page and updated per season/ by demand.
If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it if you contact us ASAP. Your item will only be remade/ replaced/ exchanged if you have emailed us or made contact with DHD + Co. within 5 calendar days of receiving your item.
